Publishing policy

Anything you make public on A Pose Studio: your Looks page and its pictures, your boards and collections, the templates you publish with their samples, and photos you choose to show in "Made with this". It adds to our acceptable use policy and terms.

Publish only your own material, or material you have the right to show. That includes the garments, products, logos, brands and artwork in them. If someone else made it, you need their permission.

You are responsible for what you publish. We do not own it and we do not check that you may show it.

Our studio models are fictional people made with AI. You may not present them as real people.

A real person in anything you publish must be an adult who agreed to be shown, and is you or someone who gave permission. Your own face is allowed, for example in a template's samples. Do not publish anyone under 18, ever.

Do not publish pictures that identify, expose or target a private person.

No celebrities, public figures or look-alikes of them, and no other real person without their permission. No nudity or sexual content. No hateful, harassing or discriminatory content. No violence or content that encourages harm. No personal data such as phone numbers, addresses, ids or private messages. No counterfeit goods, misleading claims about a product, copying a named brand's identity to pass as it, or anything illegal where you or your customers are.

We check what you publish automatically (one adult, no celebrity, nothing explicit), and a person looks when the check is unsure or when someone reports it. Passing a check is not a promise that something is allowed.

Every public page has a report button. You can also write to hello@aaina.world.

If you believe something shows you, or uses your work, without permission, tell us and we will review it within 2 working days. We hide it first when it looks serious.

You can unpublish or withdraw your own pages and templates at any time.

We may hide or remove the page, picture or template, with or without notice. We may stop coins, take back coins earned from it, and switch off publishing for the account.

We may suspend or close accounts that break this policy again, or once and seriously, and we may report illegal content to the authorities.

We keep which version of this policy each account agreed to, and when, so we can show it if asked. This is version 2026-10-02. If we change the policy, we tell you the next time you publish.
