Refunds, cancellation and delivery

A Pose Studio sells credits in one-time packs. Credits are used to create images in A Pose Studio. There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel and you are never charged again unless you buy another pack. The Brand pack also includes one AI model made only for your brand.

• Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped.
• Credits are added to your account as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. You can see them on the Credits page.
• If your credits have not arrived within an hour of paying, email us with the email address of your account and we will fix it.

• If an image fails to create, its credits are returned to your account automatically.

Because credits are delivered instantly and can be used straight away, these packs are not refunded once bought. We will always refund you in full if:

• you were charged but the credits never reached your account and we cannot add them,
• you were charged twice or by mistake for the same purchase, or
• the law where you live requires a refund.

• Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email us within 14 days of the date on your receipt. After 14 days, the Brand pack is non-refundable like the other packs.
• “Unused” means credits from your Brand pack that are still in your account when you ask. Credits already used to create images are not refunded.
• Credits are always used oldest first, so any free credits or earlier packs are used up before your Brand credits.
• We refund the share of the price for the unused credits and remove them from your account. If you have not used any, you get the full price back.
• Example: you buy Brand for ₹4,799 (2,000 credits) and use 500 of its credits. Within 14 days of purchase you can get back 1,500 ÷ 2,000 × ₹4,799 = ₹3,599.
• Your custom model is part of the pack and is not refunded separately.

• Free welcome and invite credits cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.
• We may decline refunds where the service has been misused.
• Nothing in this policy limits any right to a refund you have under consumer law.

Email hello@aaina.world from the email address of your account, with the date of the purchase or the order number from your receipt. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are paid by our payment partner, Dodo Payments, to the card, UPI account or other method you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

Credits bought in the A Pose Studio app on iPhone or Android are sold by Apple or Google. Refunds for those are requested from Apple or Google under their policies.
